Hi there! A customer of mine needs a functionality to upload the results of Google Maps search into Google Earth. Technically this thing is pretty easy to do - just retrieve Google Maps search results in KML format, merge them and launch Google Earth with the resulting file. However Google starts blocking my application after several successful attempts...
Am I doing something wrong? If so, is there any legal way to do this?
