Was there supposed to be a description of the problem somewhere? It appears that the "Harbourfront" polygon has a custom event which is handled by a function which zooms and recentres the map. The custom event is triggered by a link in the infoWindow. It results in problems redrawing polygons. Only the Harbourfront polygon is set up to do this. Why use a custom event at all? Why not simply call the handler function from the link, if necessary passing any parameters needed -- possibly just a reference to the polygon?
