The key being used is the key in region_map_params.js. I'm not sure
why that one was so long, so I regenerated a key for phoenix.org and
updated region_map_params.js with it.

As you can see, I am still having the same issue: 
http://phoenix.org/neighborhood-news/

I am actually a representative of outside.in. We've successfully
implemented this codes with API keys specific to about 100 other
domains--this is the first time we've had this issue. You can see an
example of the implementation working on a different domain with no
API key error here: http://www.chicagobreakingnews.com/neighborhoods.html
