Thanks for the reply, but still no luck. i commented out LabelStyle and still get an empty balloon when click on polyline. I took another map found online and substituted my coordinates and kml with the same results. Am very confused as i have done with other maps where name was deleted and have had no ballon show up. http://wwwapp.epa.ohio.gov/dsw/FA09/final/temp_mf.html
