Of course it is possible. Classic ASP is just a server side language
that creates HTML for the browser to render.  I have lots of pages
that use classic ASP and GDownloadUrl (or GXmlHttp, which it uses) to
display Google Maps with the API.

Perhaps if you read and follow the posting guidelines and post a link
to your map that doesn't work, we could offer suggestions on what
might be wrong.
