It's a Royal Mail/Ordnance Survey Postzon file. If it's the one that
was leaked last October, it's already out of date, although much of
the data will still be relevant.

Have you done anything to analyse the data? What about the fields
called PZ_Long and PZ_Lat?

The only really useful information in it is the UK postcode as Google
can't geocode them -- principally because the data is protected by
copyright. If you haven't paid Royal Mail for it, don't let them find
you using it, even if you're in India. (If you *have* paid for it, it
will have come with some documentation explaining what's in it)
