The main difference in the example is that you need to click on the map
to create a green draggable marker instead of a black arrow being
already present, and the button is called "Submit" rather than "Add".

Since there will be no human on your side editing the code, and the
Terms prevent you from vetting users before allowing them to access your
map, you'll need to be careful about the possibility of bad stuff being
added by malicious users.
