Hi, I'm building a PHP ContactManager and I would like to use Google Maps. The intention is to allow everyone to download a package and run the ContactManager on their own server/Database.
My question is if it is possible to use Google Maps for displaying contact locations even if it is hosted on a different domain then my own? I have registered a API key for my own domain but it would not make much sense giving other access to the ContactManager if they have to go through the trouble of registering their own key. I have went through a lot of reading before asking this question and I understand that I can use Maps on my own domain but it is not clear to me if I open up the code to everyone and they put it on their own server that they can see a map for the contacts they have put in?
