I think you should use the XML for data, and build the code for flash
content using javascript. Only include the data that is unique to
each video in the XML. For example:
<videos>
<movie
title="UCL: Front Quad"
file="FrontQuad_out.swf"
lat="51.52453218968203"
lng="-0.13402462005615234"/>
<movie
title="Bloomsbury Gym: Lower level"
file="BloomsburyGym1_out.swf"
lat="51.525099583397555"
lng="-0.13275861740112305"/>
<movie
title="Laws: Bentham House"
file="MootCourt_out.swf"
lat="51.52642124957738"
lng=" -0.13102054595947266"/>
</videos>
then build the flash content using the typical EMBED code generated by
YouTube and also look at advice from Adobe:

and finally modify Mike Williams' code to work with your XML format:
