They're not reverse engineering anything. They've created their own
database and used it to display a google map of the location.
It looks like they've arranged partnerships with a large number of local
estate agents to create a big database. That process seems to be quite
common, www.rightmove.co.uk, www.propertylive.co.uk, homes.voobay.co.uk
and homes.mitula.co.uk all do the same sort of thing, some with maps and
some without.
