I think this is a congestion map, isn't it
("Strassenabschnitte/Strassenzustand")? Styling the entire map isn't
very much help for that.
Mapping sections of roads is not easy, as Rahul has found.

Either get the line of the road from directions (but that has a
rate/usage limit) or use something like OpenStreetMap data to build
your own database of road lines. OSM is outside the scope of this
group -- but once you have the data available we can probably help
with getting it on to a map.
