I understand what you are saying, but am unable to find a class "TEXT- BOLD" that is used in the infoWindow except for those infoWindows where a restriction exists. Looking carefully at the infoWindows where the text flows past the border seems to be caused by the wrapping in the first line of the infoWindow.
