There have been problems reported in the past with proxying/gatewayed networks where every client connects to the outside world via a small number of gateway IP addresses. Orange make this explicit by using 10.x.x.x addresses internally. Google need to whitelist the gateway addresses: if you can find what they are, raise an issue mentioning them.
