38.8983138,-77.0280727 are the correct coordinates and when I paste those into maps.google.com and your site, it plots things ok. However, when I paste the address "12th st NW and G St NW, Washington, DC" into maps.google.com and you site, I get the pin on top of the Ellipse.
Also interesting, when I type "12th st NW and G St NW, Washington, DC" into maps on my iPhone (located in DC, but using the ATT network), I get a "No results found" message. It seems like this could be an issue where the cache serving my neck of the woods is messed up, while yours is still ok.. or about to become messed up as well. :) I am currently working around the issue by geocoding "1200 G St NW, Washington, DC", but that is just a workaround.
