Finding an address is reverse geocoding. Google's geocoder will return an address for a given location. How you find the country's centre point (in order to reverse geocode it) is up to you. Geocoding just the country/city will produce a reasonable result; or you can use the bounding-box returned from the geocoder, find its centre and use that.
