I see a satellite image of Rongelap Atoll.

What happens if you try and get an individual tile directly?

It's possible you'll get a captcha instead: fill it in and things
should work again. Google does some clever checking to determine if
their tiles are being scraped, but occasionally it gets things wrong.
This is particularly the case if you do a lot of zooming and panning
or use multiple computers sharing an internet connection and all
looking at maps, because tile requests can be made at a fast rate. It
will only affect browsers using your external IP address.
