Produce a simple map using the Marker Manager and one marker and which fails in the same way. Host that where it can't be associated with your big project. Post a link to your simple map. Currently you're asking everyone else to do that by themselves, duplicating effort (which they may not be bothered with anyway). If you want help, make it easy to help. What you may want to do first, though, is make your "map" variable explicitly global with the correct "var" declaration, so that it's available in all functions. That removes at least one source of error.
