No. You need another service for that.

However, the ClientLocation module might provide that functionality.
It's part of the common loader (which can also load the Maps API), see
http://googlegeodevelopers.blogspot.com/2008/08/load-your-users-location-on-map.html

In some cases IP address is more accurate than just the country.
