Ah! see! I knew it was something so simple! The site is hosted by
squarespace and they have restricted where you can inject code to the
head. I hadn't thought about that until you said it. Thanks so much! I
hacked it by just adding a second <body onload="initialize()"
onunload="GUnload()"> tag into the page (I know, terribly bad form!).
It works for now anyway, until I can figure out how to get the onload
property into the legitimate body tag.
