Plenty: did you try searching?

However, limit errors would indicate a 620 error, not 602.

Are you using server-side geocoding on a shared-hosting server? If so,
it's possible that your external IP address is shared between several
sites. Or are you using client-side geocoding on mobile devices? Many
cellphone providers multiplex their internet access and have a single
external IP address for many individual users. Or, are you testing
using clients on an internal office network, which can also provide a
single external IP address?

If you really mean 602, then something which used to be recognised as
an address no longer is. That's possible: geocoders change.

I think more details would be worthwhile.
