Plenty: did you try searching? However, limit errors would indicate a 620 error, not 602. Are you using server-side geocoding on a shared-hosting server? If so, it's possible that your external IP address is shared between several sites. Or are you using client-side geocoding on mobile devices? Many cellphone providers multiplex their internet access and have a single external IP address for many individual users. Or, are you testing using clients on an internal office network, which can also provide a single external IP address? If you really mean 602, then something which used to be recognised as an address no longer is. That's possible: geocoders change.
