This is entirely possible. Similar enquiries have been made about Rackspace shared hosting, and mobile networks -- which also proxy requests through a few external addresses. > Is there a way to request to have the limit for that domain raised and > to get it whitelisted again? A message here *may* be enough (although the Version 3 Group is better frequented by Google folk).
