4061 is at -27.4510044,152.9382447 and your query at http://freya.webcity.com.au/~toy26002/searchDealerXml.php?lat=-27.4510044&lng=152.9382447&radius=10 contains the Tuff Tyre dealer at -27.400640,153.012833 because the distance between those two points is under 10km. Directions shows the driving distance is 14.1km and around 24 minutes.
