You are right, that would make more sense.  In the past, it definitely
did include the the number, but it is looking to me like something has
changed.  I just did a query for a US address, and the street number
was only in the address field in that case as well.

The big thing that seems to be a problem is there is no street number
anywhere except the normalized address field.  I can cheat and just
take the number before the ThoroughfareName value in the address
field, but not sure that would be reliable...
