This time I'd like to ask if google maps v3 api could be used on google api which is at lvl 8. My device is running on android 2.2 froyo and i believe if I were to try to develop a software I'll have to put my target device as one that runs on android 2.2 platform. Sorry to trouble you guys with this question, I've googled a few and I couldn't find.
