Hi
I'm completely new to google map api development, but i have worked on
the australia version, whereis. I'm developing a site where users
serach for a product, and i display all the places in, say, Ireland
where they can find it. But the user also searches a location, so
while all of ireland will be populated with markers (probably - maybe
they can be populated if user moves to that region), it will be zoomed
to one region, so users will see the few markers for that region.
Under the map, I would like to display the info related to the markers
they are viewing, such as product name and shop owner. But as the user
moves the map around (probably wont be able to zoom in and out), the
info under the map should change to reflect the new markers being
displayed. Can someone point me in the right direction as to where to
begin, or if this is feasible? I would prefer not to have to reload
the page and I have plenty of AJAX and javascript experience..
Thanks
Mark
