from the map at http://econym.org.uk/gmap/example_states.htm

it looks as though the states and the colors over them are determined
by an external xml file, is there anyone who could direct me on how to
generate this or a link on how to produce a map like this?

Basically I have different regions of the US...i.e. West, Central ,
East, South, which consist of different states I would like to have
when you rollover the google map on the specified region highlights
and then when you click on it an infowindow comes up where you can add
whatever data you would like

Any help would be appreciated

thanks
