Hello, I have been asked to create a map to help biologists track an
endangered moose species. The idea is to have people who have spotted
a moose to go to this page, place a marker on a map. that marker
would generated a lat and long, the person would then fill in a couple
of other fields, ie time of day, number of animals etc. and then hit a
submit button on the page which would generate an e-mail for the
biologists with this info. The marker would not be a permanent link,
just temporary for this one instance the user is on the page.

I haven't been able to find an example out there like this. Is it
possible? Any examples? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Ma
