I would first try going to just http://maps.googleapis.com/<http://maps.googleapis.com/maps/api/staticmap?center=6+Ridgemont+Dr,Londonderry,NH+03053%2D3103&zoom=18&size=448x432&sensor=false&format=png32&maptype=satellite> You should get a 404 error, but at least you reached the website.
I would guess it has to be a network/internet connection setting/firewall/AV problem. What I would be concerned about is that you can clearly see behind the error that the map is being downloaded rather than being shown in the browser on a webpage, as all static maps should.
