I have five pages which all have the same top line menu. It is important that this menu not wobble around as you go from page to page. But, the page which has the map seems to enforce 6 (?) pixels of padding to the entire window, even if I use style values of margin=0 or padding=0. This must be coming from "viewport" or "map_canvas".
If you don't mind seeing an incomplete and dreadful bit of work, go to http://jomtien.info. The ABOUT page has the menu acting properly, the MAP page shows it jumping over and down. It seems that this issue must have been a problem for others, so I hope someone has an answer.
