I have the same problem, with a group of very closeby markers in a kml file, only the last added markers info window is accessible in my Google Map in V3. But if I view the kmz file on the maps.google.com site there is a "x of x nearby results" in the info window that lets you cycle through them all.
Any way to get Maps API V3 to behave in the same way as the Google maps site?
