hey rodrigo, You should check out the Google Fusion Maps, that might do the trick.
You can make a fusion table by going into google documents and making a new table. Make sure you make a column called County and set it to Location. Then make 2 more columns for address. You'll want to put the entire address in one field. I would do some searches in google maps to get the correct format of the address.
