First review why you want a lot of markers. None of the people viewing your webpage are going to look at 6,000 markers. Perhaps you could find a way to show only the ones they express an interest in. You've rejected clustering, why? But that is up to you. If you really want to show 6,000 markers the option is to render them all onto a handful of image tiles on your server.
