There is no api available from that program for the service. It's private. 
It's not technically difficult to implement though. All you need to get 
nearby Zip Codes is a database of Zip Codes with their centroid. The math 
is trivial. To display pictures of the Zip Codes like I do, you'll need a 
database of the Zip Code polygons, a significantly more expensive and 
complicated process.
