base.css, line 100 or thereabouts:

body {
    color: #000000;
    font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;
    font-size: 62.5%;
    text-align: center;
}

Firebug makes it easy to find styles. It looks like you can just get
rid of that one entry; the only change is to the black bar right at
the top (and I can't find what that is to neutralise the effect).
