<https://lh4.googleusercontent.com/-s_pmF0HVW1U/UBvvponSogI/AAAAAAAADM8/L_Oi1FM48bc/s1600/search-results-hotels.jpg> I recently noticed that Google is indexing not only my pages but also the plotted map coordinates I use in my property maps. The thing is that this modifies the search results in Google to show not only a link to my page, where my advertiser has a listing for their property but as shown on the image above a direct link to my advertisers property on Google Maps.
In other words people will not need to even visit my website to view information on this property they could basically just skip me altogether and follow the map link Google gives them in Search results. I do not think that is very fair as I have done a lot of work to get these people to put listings on my own website. Is there any way to change this search result? Thanks !
