Thanks for your answer. If buying a Premier licence works, it can be an option. I contacted the Google Maps Premier sales (via web form). Haven't answered yet. Do you know if this would be feasible with the Premier licence?
Otherwise, would you know any "commercial geocodes" other than: - maptive.com - batchgeo.com - smartystreets.com (not applicable since it does work for addresses outside the US) - cdyne.com - worldaddresses.com Would you know any (serious) opensource options (that you mentioned)?
