This isn't the right group for your ASP issues, although someone may

If the line which is failing really is
ltrLat.Text = al.ToString();
then I guess it doesn't know what ltrLat is.
As you haven't given the full text of your <script> tag, it's not very
easy to help with that either. It should look like
http://maps.google.com/maps?file=api&v=2&key=AIzaSyCpEV7w_0UEw6ZwBl5KiV6PbA43JPLHO7E&sensor=false
The key can be either an old-style long Version 2 key or a new-style
short Console key, as here. You do need the sensor parameter, too.
