But without a map, it would break Google's terms of use.  If you break
Google's terms of use, they may just blacklist you.  Or for a
business, they might take legal steps.  If you are employed, your
employer might be a bit disappointed with you and invite you to share
the pain in some way.

It is _possible_ to take money out of other people's pockets, but that
doesn't mean it is wise to do so.
