Thank you for the response.  Your team does not make it easy to notify when
we are experiencing issues and it's hard to find the post explaining the
problem.  FYI - I did check the v3 forums and support pages and saw no
notice whatsoever.

It would be awesome if you guys had a service dashboard similar to these:
