After posting my question on the wrong dicussion I am askig the same here now:
I think the error from the last week was not fixed yet. As I found here in the discussion (that I can't find now, unfortunately), there was a reported problem that the polygons are no more clickable through, although they were before. As an example, my page http://www.vyskovnice.cz/mapa.php uses this feature. After clicking on two different spots, their bisector area appears and it shoud be clickable as well as the rest.
