Hey Josh! Thanks for that code!! It is showing now :-) There's one more issue I have: it doesn't center the map on the place that I want it to (the icon is little north of what is showing)
Again, I tried a piece of code I found here: http://groups.google.com/group/google-maps-js-api-v3/msg/f234bcb058e15c40, but no luck. I'm gonna have to take a course on this API (*blush*).
