I have duplicated it. I am still wrestling with one very nasty case.
A new version of PolyCluster ought to correct many of the errors you
are experiencing. Be sure to grab a fresh copy of:
http://www.polylib.js/polycluster/polycluster.js
Also, be sure to clear your cache.
