I am attempting to generate a countrywide asset managment system for display on google maps v3 e.g public lighting columns, traffic signals, pipe network. My idea is to have one huge XML file from which I KML sublayer using XSLT transforms. I would appreciate any views on this, and any ideas on how to utlitise the google api for this.
