Hi

Some months ago I wrote a little page to test kml display on a google map
(V3 javascript API) and it worked well on my iPhone 3.

Since then, I have acquired an iPhone4 and tested again this little page,
but it doesn't work like it used to anymore...

I followed the recommendations of Google to give the map_div a 100% height
and width, but doing so seems to slow down the rendering A LOT on the iPhone
4, at such point that my KML doesn't even display sometimes

If I set height and width of the DIV to 980px x 1091px for example (iPhone 4
viewport size), the speed is here again...

Here are the pages:
http://carignandebordeaux.fr/tourisme/circuits_m100.php?c=caribous (100%
width test)
http://carignandebordeaux.fr/tourisme/circuits_m.php?c=caribous (980px width
test)

Does someone have an explanation ?

Also, I don't understand how to have bigger icons and controls like I used
to with the iPhone 3. I've read about the retina display and I played with
the viewport meta tag, but couldn't get any result.
Here again, help welcome.

Regards
