Absolutely. But you must must have them in a single column comma
separated

lat,lng

When setting up a Fusion Table by an import, there is a step where
data types of each column can be changed. Be careful at that step. See
if the coordinate column is understood as a location column or not. If
not, go back to spreadsheet and make a new import.

It can even take an address column and make a bulk geocoding. It even
confirms if you want to edit the geocoding results.

Try, make mistakes and learn.
