Because a shapefile for a "known" address was used to produce the
parcel borders.

Some properties may be irregular but many are defined by just four
corners.

Google has acres of servers.  It is already happening.  If I geocode
my own address, it produces an accurate the centroid for the
property.  Six months ago, it produced a very inaccurate interpolated
result.
