With the js API v3, we have a way to set up billing so that if we exceed 25K requests per day, we will get billed $0.50 for every additional 1K requests. The Directions API is restricted to 2,500 requests per day.
I may need more than 2,500, but I don't need 100K which is what the limit is with the busines license. What I don't see is a way to set up the same type of billing so that if we exceed 2,500 requests per day we can billed for the excess.
