I'm conducting a research experiment and am interested in randomly sampling from Picasa. Is there anyway to grab a random public photo from the Picasa database?
I've been looking through the API documentation, experimenting with the PHP client library, and I think that the answer to this question is no. I know you can grab the most recent photos. I also know about the featured photos, but those aren't truly random.
