If you are following all the guidelines outlined in the three documents you mentioned, you should be fine.
Please note that the terms state that you will need special approval for logo usage/branding in any additional media like marketing materials and such. See 9.4 of the terms of service: "9.4 Any other use of Google Brand Features must be approved by Google in writing, pursuant to our Brand Features Use Guidelines and these Terms and Conditions. Any use of the Google Brand Features not explicitly authorized by Google is strictly prohibited."
