I was having two issues with person tags that I've discussed in here
before:

1) When tagging people and using the arrow buttons, all the person
tags will instead be massed onto to your first photograph.
2) New "contacts" while people tagging were not being saved, resulting
in my having about 12 different "John"s in one of my albums.

So I've stopped using people tags altogether in anticipation of a fix,
and went though my albums and deleted every person tag I could find,,
however I now have a third problem. In my general album overview:
https://picasaweb.google.com/lh/myphotos The person tags that appear
in the right hand side near the top are still there, but they now have
a generic blue and black person image.

When I click to see all the person tags, I see what I've deleted:

https://picasaweb.google.com/bpollock00/PicasaWeb?authkey=Gv1sRgCNHpvpHVrb75jwE#5629688228650220370

and when I click one of the phantom person tags, I see this:

https://picasaweb.google.com/bpollock00/PicasaWeb?authkey=Gv1sRgCNHpvpHVrb75jwE#5629686075234318258

I can find no way to fix this. It seems that I am permanently suck
with it. as these phantoms are now a permanent part of my account.
Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks in advance.
